Applying the Model

Although my colleagues and I now apply our problem solving model freely and frequently in our work, we are well aware that it is not always obvious or easy to identify the basic problems types in a given situation. If you have a case where you are puzzled about which problem types seem like good candidates, I would be glad to respond to an email inquiry. Be sure to include both information on the situation and how you're linked to the problem.

I will probably write back with my initial thoughts of the most likely problem types, and some questions that may support your continued reflection on the situation (our privacy policy).
